Summer Project - June

This is really just the idea for my project. I want to do an oil painting this time as during the year I never really get to oil paint even though I enjoy it because it takes longer. I also wanted to try a different style of doing a close up and a far away painting. What I mean by that is basically I want to do one painting like a normally do of a deer in a landscape where it is looking off to the distance, but then I will do another painting of a close up with a target to symbolize a loss of innocence. I got this idea from trends I saw online, but it actually follows one of my original fantastic four pieces where I drew a deer getting stabbed by an antler to symbolize a loss of innocence. This is two seperate pieces, and I think this summer I will work on the close up piece.
